Step 1 - Book a Collection
Message us on WhatsApp at [your number] to book your collection. Please include:- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- The service you need
- Your pickup postcode
- Preferred day/time for collectionWe’ll confirm your booking and provide you with an order number.
Step 2 - We Collect Your Trousers
On the arranged day, we’ll collect your trousers directly from your doorstep.Please ensure:
- They’re clean and labeled with your order number and name.
- You’ve clearly noted how many inches/cm you want taken off.Need help measuring? Let us know — we can assist during collection.
Step 3 - We Trim Them to Perfection
Your trousers will be professionally altered within your desired time frame.We’ll notify you once they’re ready and arrange a return time that suits you.
Step 4 - Payment
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required upfront. This secures your collection and covers part of the service.You can pay the deposit on collection via:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal Goods and Services (we’ll send you the details)
- CashThe remaining balance is due when your trousers are returned.We offer a same day service for an extra £5 per item
